This course integrates classroom instruction and intensive field experiences to provide advanced training in field techniques useful in biodiversity assessment and research. Frequent travel to field sites where students will gain hands-on experience collecting and observing organisms will be a large portion of the course. This course is a major elective for the Bachelor of Science in Biology degree.
