This advanced course explores the application of social media and digital marketing to help solve marketing problems, using digital marketing strategies in a dynamic, complex, and competitive marketplace. The course builds on marketing principles and explores digital strategy development for using digital media to build customer relationships and creating and sustaining intelligent and effective online and mobile customer experiences.
