Students in this course explore the principles, techniques, and processes related to the successful management of sport organizations. Students will learn to apply theory to the practical work related issues encountered by sport managers. Students will explore the human resource management process in sport wile learning about managing risk within a sports organization. Students will gain a better understanding of the management structures affecting the organizational cultures of sport organizations.
