In this course, students gain an understanding of the dynamic and complex legal issues facing today's sport leaders. The primary focus of the course is to address the three major areas of law (tort liability, contract law, and consititutional law) that have the greatest impact for sport leaders. Students completing the course will have an in-depth understanding of how to apply knowledge gained from legal research to practical dilemmas facing leaders in the sports industry.
