Session Structure & Enrollment

Reinhardt University doctoral and advanced graduate programs operate on a semester calendar divided into two seven- or eight-week sessions (Session I and Session II).

Coursework Phase: All coursework is conducted by session, with each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer) divided into these shorter, intensive terms.

Capstone Phase: The Applied Capstone Project sequence (EdD: EDU 887–900; DBA: DBA 887–890) is structured at the semester level rather than the session level. Students enrolled in capstone courses register for the full semester.

Students are expected to maintain continuous enrollment across sessions and semesters from the point of admission through degree completion.
