Academic Transcripts

Official Transcripts

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, transcripts are issued only at the formal request of the student, former student, or alumnus (hereafter referred to as the "requestor"). Requestors can use our secure electronic transcript service at: https://www.studentclearinghouse.org to order an official copy of their transcript.

Each official transcript requires a fee, which varies depending on the chosen delivery method. Requestors should request transcripts well in advance of their need for them to allow time for mailed transcripts to reach their destination.

Transcripts will not be issued for those who are delinquent in their financial obligations to the University. Transcripts will be released for all semesters in which a student received federal grants, loans or work-study funds and paid off the entire balance owed to the school. For any semester in which the student received funds and still owes a balance, the transcript information will be redacted until such time as the student pays the balance or sets up a payment plan, pays the first payment and the payment clears. This policy is in line with the current federal regulations regarding the release of transcripts. If a financial hold is placed on a requestor’s transcript order, it is the responsibility of the requestor to contact the University’s Business Office at BusinessOffice@reinhardt.edu or 770-720-5520 to settle the hold or make such arrangements (as mentioned previously) and notify the Office of the Registrar before the transcript order can be processed.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are available to print/download for free on EagleWeb, on the “My Academic Information” page and under the “My Grades” section. Any student, both current and former, that no longer has access to EagleWeb, may request a copy of their unofficial transcript free of charge. These requests must be submitted via email to registrar@reinhardt.edu. If the student is communicating through a personal email address, it must be the email associated with the student’s record. To update a student’s personal email address, contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@reinhardt.edu.
