Reinhardt University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and pending approval by SACSCOC, educational specialist and doctorate degrees. Reinhardt University also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. The Doctor of Education (EdD) approval pending – expected December 2026.
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) approval pending – expected December 2026.
The Educational Specialist (EdS), Doctor of Education (EdD), and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs described in this catalog are currently pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). These programs are not yet authorized for enrollment, and no students will be admitted until formal approval has been granted.

The University Senate of the United Methodist Church has approved Reinhardt University to be listed as a United Methodist-affiliated institution.
