Each student admitted to a Reinhardt University advanced graduate or doctoral program is assigned a faculty advisor upon admission. The faculty advisor serves as the student's primary academic contact throughout the program, guiding degree planning, course selection, and academic progress review.
Registration
The registration process occurs during the preceding semester. Students register during the fall semester for spring courses, during the spring semester for summer courses, and during the summer semester for fall courses. Specific advising and registration periods are designated on the Academic Calendar.
Students register through their EagleWeb accounts. The process begins during the Advising/Registration period by checking the individual EagleWeb account to confirm that there are no registration "holds" from the Business Office or Financial Aid Office. Any account holds must be cleared prior to registration.
Students should meet with their academic advisor during the Advising/Registration period to identify the coursework needed for the upcoming semester and to confirm progress toward degree completion.
